A performance-based, work-from-home opportunity for a driven recruiter who can help us attract and onboard top real estate agents and mortgage loan originators. This role rewards results — and the upside is real.
We are currently hiring recruiters who live in Central Ohio (Columbus, Ohio region), the coastal Carolinas (particularly Myrtle Beach, SC area), and central Florida (near Orlando, FL).

Part-Time Real Estate & Mortgage Recruiter
We are seeking a high-level, relationship-focused recruiter to help us attract and onboard top agents and loan originators. This is a 1099, performance-based role with compensation tied directly to results — and the earning potential is exceptional.

These are performance-based estimates, not guarantees. Compensation is tied to qualified recruiting appointments completed, recruits fully onboarded, and recruits producing closings.
Basic Requirements
Active real estate or mortgage license — or willingness to obtain one within 90 days at your own expense (we will reimburse)
Willingness to onboard with AXEN Realty and / or NEXA Lending
Strong communication, follow-up skills, and high accountability
Comfort operating in a performance-based, self-directed environment
