Who Belongs Here?
OnePlace is built for a diverse community of real estate agents and mortgage loan originators. Whether you focus on residential sales, complex commercial deals, or innovative investor strategies, you'll find your place among dedicated peers.
OnePlace, LLC is an Ohio-based entity. However, we welcome licensed real estate agents, licensed mortgage loan originators, and nonQM loan originators from anywhere in the United States. With our unique in-person events available for anyone in the country, you can experience a hybrid work environment like never before.
You must operate under AXEN Realty (real estate) and/or NEXA Lending (mortgage). If you are licensed in both, you must be with OnePlace for both, as we are a collaborative model with agents and loan originators.
Residential Specialists
Agents and originators handling primary residences, second homes, and investment properties.
Niche Market Leaders
Experts in commercial, luxury, business operations, investor strategies, and unique industry aspects.
Collaborative Minds
Professionals who thrive on diverse perspectives, learning from others, and growing together.

Please do not onboard with AXEN or NEXA without first connecting with Sara Marie Brenner for specific onboarding instructions. Onboarding mistakes cannot be undone.
How the Program Works
Agents and loan originators who become partners on the OnePlace team gain access to a structured environment specifically designed to help them build a predictable, sustainable business.
Every element of the program — from daily check-ins to training sessions — is intentional, and designed to keep you active, focused, and moving forward.
Recorded & Accessible
All team meetings, training sessions, and check-ins are recorded and stored in a shared drive. They are accessible whenever you need them. This is especially helpful for part-time partners who cannot attend everything live.
On-Camera Collaboration
All virtual activities are held on camera. This is non-negotiable. Being present and visible builds the culture, community, accountability, and collaboration that make OnePlace work. No one is left behind.
Lead Generation Blocks
During lead generation blocks, members stay on camera with video on and sound off — creating a focused, high-energy environment. Live assistance is available in real time if you need help, and even Brenner is prospecting alongside you.
Wealth TRACK
Wealth Track
Build Income. Multiply It. Keep It.
Most agents and loan originators are taught how to close deals. Very few are taught how to turn that income into long-term wealth. At OnePlace, we do both.
The Wealth Track helps you increase your income, expand opportunities, and strategically deploy what you earn — ensuring your business translates into true financial freedom.
You can do this for yourself, and for your clients.
Part 1: Income Expansion
Multiple Streams of Income — By Design
At OnePlace, we don't believe in relying on a single source of income. Our partners gain exposure to and can participate in up to 21 distinct income opportunities across real estate, lending, and related verticals.
The goal is simple: more ways to win, more ways to earn, and true financial resilience through diversified revenue streams.
Real Estate Commissions
Earnings from buyer and seller transactions.
Mortgage Origination
Income generated from successful loan placements.
Revenue Share
Benefits from team and downline production growth.
Investor Transactions
Engage in assignments, flips, and BRRRR strategies.
Cross-State Referrals
Monetize your network with out-of-state referrals.
Co-Marketing & Partnerships
Collaborative income opportunities with strategic partners.
Part 2: Income → Wealth Strategy
What You Do With the Money Matters More
Making more money is only step one. We teach you concepts to use that income intentionally — so it actually changes your financial future.
Cash Flow Optimization
Structuring income and expenses to create maximum efficiency, putting your money to work for you.
Velocity Banking Concepts
Using strategic cash flow and banking tools to reduce interest and accelerate debt payoff.
Accelerated Mortgage Payoff Strategies
Frameworks that can significantly shorten a traditional 30-year mortgage timeline to 10 years or less.
Strategic Debt Positioning
Understanding when to eliminate debt vs. when to leverage it for maximum wealth creation.
Part 3: Ownership & Long-Term Growth
From Income Earner to Asset Builder
The ultimate goal at OnePlace extends beyond transactions. It's about empowering you to build lasting ownership and transform your income into sustainable wealth, setting the stage for true financial independence.
Compounding Referrals
Cultivate a referral-based business that grows exponentially over time.
Leveraged Income
Generate scalable earnings through strategic systems, people, and opportunities.
Income Evolution
Transition from active to partially leveraged, then fully scalable income streams.
Wealth Strategy
Develop a robust, long-term financial plan directly tied to your production.
The Difference
At OnePlace, we believe in building more than just your next deal. Our focus is on long-term prosperity, equipping you with the tools and strategies to transform your business and financial future.
Most environments teach you how to:
👉 Close your next deal
OnePlace teaches you how to:
👉 Build a business
👉 Increase your income
👉 Turn that income into long-term wealth

Important Note: Income opportunities and results will vary based on effort, market conditions, licensing, and individual business decisions. Financial strategies discussed are educational in nature and should be evaluated based on your personal situation.
Lead Access
Leads Available
Lead opportunities within OnePlace are available to partners who actively show up, follow the team processes, and demonstrate consistent engagement with the system. This is an intentional standard — not a gatekeeping mechanism, but a quality filter that protects the value of every opportunity.
However, we want to focus on teaching you how to fish — we don't just want to give you fish.

Access is Earned: Leads are not distributed automatically. They are earned through active participation, responsiveness, consistent follow-up, and strict adherence to team systems.
Professionalism
Ensures every lead is handled with maximum urgency and care.
Stronger Conversions
Maintains high standards that directly boost successful closing rates.
Team Reputation
Protects our collective brand and credibility in the market.
Rewards Commitment
Directly benefits partners who are fully invested in their growth.
Lead Access Requirements
To Remain Eligible for Lead Opportunities, Partners Must:
Participate actively in team activities and the OnePlace system
Respond promptly to new opportunities as they come in
Follow up consistently using the team's structured cadence
Adhere to team systems including CRM usage and process standards
Attendance Requirement
Our partners must attend at least 75% of scheduled activities each month in order to remain eligible for lead opportunities.
If a team member is part-time and can demonstrate that they were not available during a scheduled activity / event, their lack of attendance is not penalized. However, our part-time partners are responsible for watching recordings and keeping up with everything.
This standard exists to ensure the program functions as a true team environment — not a resource library to check in on occasionally.
Lead Standards
Speed to Lead Is Everything
In our business, response time is the primary driver of conversion. To maintain our standard, every partner must log all activity in the CRM and ensure a 75% response rate within 5 minutes for all new incoming leads.

Follow-Up System
The Rule of 3: Fortune in the Follow Up
Opportunities are not lost because leads go cold — they're lost because follow-up breaks down.
The OnePlace Rule of 3 is a structured, disciplined cadence designed to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Every lead in the system must be followed up using the following framework:
1
First 24 Hours
3 contact attempts — immediate urgency and first impression
2
Next 3 Days
3 additional attempts — build familiarity and demonstrate persistence
3
Following Week
3 additional attempts — stay on the radar as they evaluate options
4
Following Month
3 additional attempts — long game contact for timeline-driven prospects
5
Following Quarter
3 additional attempts — re-engage as life circumstances evolve
6
Following Year
3 additional attempts — consistent presence builds long-term conversion
This system exists because most conversions do not happen on the first contact. The partners who close the most business are the ones who follow up the most consistently. The Rule of 3 removes the guesswork and makes that consistency automatic.
Don't worry — we provide scripts to help you with all of these follow-up touch points, as well as automations within the CRM.
Weekly Schedule
A Structured Weekly Rhythm
The OnePlace program runs on a deliberate, consistent weekly schedule designed to maintain productivity, accountability, and momentum. This is not an optional collection of resources — it is a structured operating cadence that every member is expected to participate in.
Members who show up consistently to the weekly rhythm are the ones who build predictable pipelines. The schedule is designed to make consistent action the default — not the exception. At least 75% monthly attendance is required to remain fully active in the program.

All sessions are recorded and stored in the shared team drive for review at any time. Virtual sessions are held on camera.

Tuesday
Tuesday Working Group
Every Other Tuesday | 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM ET
The Tuesday Working Group is a hybrid session that brings team members together to collaborate, work on business development activities, and learn from one another in a relaxed but focused environment. It is one of the most valuable community touchpoints in the OnePlace calendar.
Members located within approximately 1-2 hours of northern Franklin County / southern Delaware County, Ohio are encouraged to attend in person with Brenner. All others may join via Google Meet — and the on-camera culture ensures full participation regardless of location.
This working group is where relationships deepen, strategies get refined, and the team culture truly comes to life.

Timing may occasionally shift depending on NEXA Town Hall scheduling, which is at 9 AM AZ time.
Community
Tuesday Social
Every other Tuesday afternoon (the opposite Tuesdays at the Working Group), OnePlace members gather for a social event designed to do something that no training session or pipeline meeting can fully accomplish: build genuine human connection.
Strong teams are built on relationships — the kind that develop when people share time together outside of a structured agenda. The Tuesday Social is a core part of the OnePlace community experience. These gatherings strengthen trust, deepen collaboration, and remind every member that they are part of something bigger than their individual pipeline.
Where we have a concentration of partners throughout the country, we encourage you to get together every other Tuesday!
Our partners are also welcome to bring prospective OnePlace partners to the socials — simply RSVP them to Brenner in advance. This can be a tool for our partners to build their downlines.
Continuous Learning
Weekly Training & Mastermind Sessions
Beyond our core rhythm, OnePlace, AXEN and NEXA provide a robust calendar of weekly training sessions, masterminds, and collaborative calls. These opportunities are designed to continuously sharpen your skills, expand your market knowledge, and foster a strong community of practice for both agents and Loan Originators.
Skill-Building Workshops
Deep dive into advanced sales techniques, CRM optimization, and marketing strategies to elevate your professional game.
Market Insights Masterminds
Analyze current trends, anticipate shifts, and strategize with top producers to stay ahead in a dynamic real estate landscape.
Peer Coaching & Collaboration Calls
Engage in open discussions, share best practices, and receive direct feedback from experienced agents and LOs across the network.

Tuesday
LO Power Hour
Every Tuesday | 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET
Hosted by Steve Levitt and Sara Marie Brenner, the LO Power Hour is a dedicated collaboration session for our loan originator partners — and our real estate agent partners are welcome to attend to learn more about mortgages.
Levitt is an experienced LO who transitioned from a retail mortgage brokerage to NEXA Lending, and has closed over 2,000 transactions. As Brenner's upline, he has a vested interested in sharing his vast mortgage knowledge.
This is where the in-house lending relationship gets built — where our mortgage partners align on strategy, share opportunities, and learn to grow their businesses together.
Real estate agents may attend and listen, to better understand the mortgage side of the business.
Our LO partners are the stars of this hour, though! LOs are invited to bring their mortgage questions, case files, problems, successes, and updates to our live, virtual hour. Levitt and Brenner will coach and teach, helping all LOs learn from one another's situations.
By providing an opportunity for real estate agents to also listen in, more collaboration between agents and LOs is possible. We are all partners here —
When agents and loan originators operate in sync, transactions close faster, clients are better served, and referral relationships strengthen over time. The Power Hour is designed to make that collaboration intentional and consistent — not something that happens by accident.
  • Cross-functional business development strategies
  • Co-marketing and referral partnership building
  • Client scenario collaboration and problem-solving
  • Market and rate updates relevant to agents and buyers

Friday
Friday Weekly Recap
Every Friday
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET
Close the week strong. Review what happened, plan what's next, and leave the week with clarity and momentum.
And, make sure you're prepped for those weekend open houses and showings!
The Friday Weekly Recap is how OnePlace closes out each week with intention. Rather than letting the week end without reflection or direction, this session creates space to acknowledge progress, address challenges, and set a clear path into the following week.
  • Wins from the week — celebrating progress and momentum
  • Pipeline progress and deal status updates
  • Challenges, obstacles, and solutions identified
  • Preparation and priorities for the week ahead
Ending the week with a structured recap session is one of the small habits that separates high-performers from everyone else. It keeps you accountable, reflective, and always moving forward.
Onboarding
Agent Productivity Accelerator (APA)
The Agent Productivity Accelerator is one of the most important resources available within the OnePlace team — and it is available to every partner here, not just those who are new to the industry. Whether you are a seasoned producer looking to sharpen your habits or a newer agent/LO building your foundation, the APA is designed to elevate your productivity, improve your daily systems, and increase your output.
Open to Everyone
The APA is not limited to new agents. Any agent or LO who wants to strengthen productivity, improve habits, and increase production can participate — and is encouraged to.
Built for Both Roles
The APA includes both real estate agents and loan originators, with certain segments tailored specifically to each role. Participants should complete one track first rather than attempting both simultaneously.
Core to Your First 90 Days
For the first 90 days in the program, participation in the APA is a key part of the onboarding and productivity process. It establishes the habits and systems that everything else builds on.
OnePlace will set you up for success from day one!
Infrastructure
Technology & Operational Support
OnePlace members operate within a fully built-out infrastructure designed to support productivity and reduce friction. The goal is simple: let technology and systems handle the administrative load so you can focus on what actually drives revenue — conversations with clients.
The technology stack is continuously evaluated and updated as new tools emerge. AI productivity tools are identified and implemented as they become relevant to the daily work of agents and loan originators. OnePlace is committed to staying on the leading edge of what is available and practical.
Operational Resources Include:
  • CRM systems for lead management and pipeline tracking
  • Transaction coordination and/or processing support during active deals
  • Marketing resources and templates
  • Listing marketing tools and materials
  • Automation tools to support follow-up and outreach
  • AI productivity tools as identified and implemented
Listing Support
Professional Listing Marketing Resources
For listings priced at or below a list price approved by Sara Marie Brenner, OnePlace provides a comprehensive set of marketing resources designed to help launch every property professionally and competitively. This is a significant advantage — and one that reflects the team's commitment to helping agents win listings and serve their clients well.
Professional Photography
High-quality listing photography with levels varying based on property type and price point
Yard Sign & Installation
Yard sign and frame provided, with installation and removal support in select areas
Lockbox Setup
Lockbox provided for showings unless a local system such as Supra is required
Showing Service
Showing service setup and management to streamline scheduling and agent coordination
Social Media Promotion
Property-specific social media content and promotion to expand reach and generate interest
Open House Marketing
Open house materials, marketing collateral, and 25–50 directional signs placed for maximum traffic
Listing copy support and marketing strategy guidance are also included — so every listing launch is polished, professional, and positioned to perform.

LOs & Listings
Our LO partners benefit from this as well!
  • LOs co-host OnePlace Realtors' open houses
  • LOs co-market OnePlace's listings (for borrower leads)
  • LOs help OnePlace's sellers get pre-approved for their next purchase
  • LOs can be connected with internet leads from OnePlace listings
Buyer Support
In-House Lending Partnership
OnePlace loan originators are the preferred lending partner for all buyer transactions within the team. This is not just a convenience — it is a strategic advantage. When the agent and the LO are on the same team, working within the same systems and communicating in real time, transactions move faster, clients feel more confident, and closings happen more smoothly.
Keeping it in-house means better communication, faster closings, and a superior client experience — for buyers and agents alike.
The in-house lending relationship is one of the core differentiators of the OnePlace model. Real estate agents benefit from a trusted lending partner who understands the team's systems, culture, and expectations. Loan originators benefit from consistent referral relationships with agents who are actively generating buyer opportunities every day.

We aren't just a real estate team.
We aren't just an LO team.
At OnePlace, we collaborate, coordinate, and cooperate!
REal estate agent Compensation
Real Estate Agent Compensation Structure
The OnePlace real estate agent compensation model is designed to reward increasing production. As your output grows within each anniversary year, your split improves — recognizing that the investment of time, resources, and support required early on transitions into a more agent-favorable arrangement as you build momentum.
The transaction count is based on a rolling 12-month cycle. This split is calculated after the fee due to AXEN — agents may choose between AXEN Pro or AXEN Elite. The split is written as agent% / team%.

Mortgage Loan Originator Compensation
Loan Originator Compensation Structure
The OnePlace mortgage loan originator compensation model is also designed to reward increasing production. As your output grows within each anniversary year, your split improves — recognizing that the investment of time, resources, and support required early on transitions into a more agent-favorable arrangement as you build momentum.
The closing count is based on a rolling 12-month cycle. The basis points (bps) shown are what is paid to OnePlace — the LO keeps anything above that, minus NEXA's share. For example, if you charge 275 bps to the borrower and the team receives 100 bps, the remaining 175 bps would go to NEXA and the LO.

Team Captain Compensation
Team Captain Compensation Structure
Team Captains are local leaders who play a crucial role in mentoring and supporting real estate agents and/or loan originators in their area. This leadership position is rewarded with an override compensation structure, recognizing their contribution to team growth and individual success.
This override is designed to incentivize effective coaching and team development, ensuring that experienced leaders are directly invested in the performance of their team members.
Real Estate Agent Override
Team Captains receive up to a 10% override on the commission generated by the real estate agents they coach and support.
Loan Originator Override
Team Captains receive up to 25 basis points (bps) override on the compensation generated by the loan originators they lead.
These overrides are calculated based on the production of the team members under their guidance, fostering a collaborative environment focused on collective achievement.
Performance Standards
The Metric That Matters Most
At OnePlace, the primary performance metric is straightforward: daily conversations. If you aren't talking with people, you will not have any business. Pretty simple, right?
A conversation is defined as a real, meaningful interaction with a potential client or referral source — not a call attempt, not a voicemail, and not a text. An actual conversation. This is the number that predicts pipeline, and pipeline predicts production.
Full-Time Partners
Expected Minimum Activity:
20
Conversations
per Day
100
Conversations
per Week
This number may increase as the agent/LO begins closing over 2 transactions per month on average.
Part-Time Partners
Part-time is defined as working 20 or more hours per week in another job.
35
Conversations per Week
Part-time members are still expected to maintain meaningful activity, real accountability, and genuine engagement with the program — just calibrated to their available time.
Support
Leadership Access & Office Hours
OnePlace members are never left to navigate challenges alone. Support is structured, scheduled, and accessible throughout the week. Whether you need help with a transaction, a strategy conversation, or guidance on your business, there is a clear path to getting what you need.

3
Sara's Executive Assistant
Available during the same hours as Sara for scheduling, coordination, and administrative support.
4
AXEN and NEXA Support
Live support available approximately 8–12 hours per day for brokerage-level assistance and AXEN / NEXA questions.

Sunday is a personal day for Sara and the staff. Matters can be coordinated in advance when truly necessary, but Sunday is generally reserved as time off. We work hard during the week to ensure that you have our attention, so our weekends are our time for family, friends, and self-care. However, we will not leave you stranded on a weekend, either — just please plan ahead by notifying us on Friday of any weekend possibilities.
The Ecosystem
The OnePlace Ecosystem
OnePlace is intentionally designed to bring professionals together within a unified, collaborative environment — rather than having everyone operate in isolation, reinventing the wheel, and competing for the same resources. The strength of the model comes from the ecosystem itself: the more actively each member participates, the more valuable the environment becomes for everyone.
Real Estate Agents
Licensed agents building their production pipeline within the team structure
Loan Originators
In-house lending partners aligned with agent activity and buyer needs
Transaction Coordination & Processing
Dedicated support to manage the administrative side of active deals
Marketing Resources
Tools, templates, and strategies to help members market themselves and their listings
Technology & AI Tools
Continuously updated tools to automate, streamline, and amplify member productivity
Mentorship & Training
Ongoing coaching, skill-building sessions, and direct access to experienced leaders who invest in your growth
Culture
Culture & Community
Community is not an afterthought at OnePlace — it is a central, deliberate part of the program's design. The professionals in this environment are not passive members collecting resources. They are actively building their businesses, showing up every day, collaborating in real time, and investing in one another's growth. That shared commitment creates a culture that is genuinely rare in this industry.
Actively Building
Every member of the OnePlace community is working toward the same goal — consistent production, sustainable growth, and a business that works.
Collaborating & Sharing
Ideas, strategies, wins, and lessons are shared openly. When one member finds something that works, the whole team benefits from it.
Fully Connected
Our partners anywhere in the country can fully participate through live virtual meetings, on-camera collaboration, shared resources, recorded training sessions, and regular in-person opportunities.
The goal of the OnePlace culture is to create an environment where professionals feel supported, connected, and accountable — where showing up is the norm, and growth is the expectation.
Onboarding
What the First 90 Days Look Like
The first 90 days in OnePlace are structured, intentional, and designed to set you up for long-term success. During this period, all partners who generated fewer than 24 transactions over the past 12 months participate in the Agent Productivity Accelerator — the foundational program that establishes the habits, systems, and structure needed to build a predictable pipeline.
The APA focuses specifically on daily prospecting habits, pipeline development, structured client conversations, lead follow-up systems, and time management. Full listing and buyer systems are taught with both the real estate agent and loan originator in mind.
Both agents and loan originators participate, with certain segments tailored to each role. The 90-day window is not a probationary period — it is an acceleration period. Our partners who fully commit to the structure in the first 90 days are the ones who see the fastest results.
Growth Path
The OnePlace Success Path
Every successful OnePlace partner follows a progression that begins with activity and builds toward a fully sustainable, self-generating business. This path is not linear in terms of timeline — it depends on your consistency, your conversations, and your commitment. But the framework is clear, and the steps are proven.
Stage 1 — Build Activity
Develop consistent daily prospecting habits. Show up to every block. Have real conversations. Build the discipline that everything else depends on.
Stage 2 — Build Pipeline
Consistent activity begins producing real opportunities. Leads enter the system. Follow-up cadences activate. Your pipeline starts to fill with genuine prospects.
Stage 3 — Build Production
Pipeline converts into consistent closings. Transactions close. The split structure begins rewarding your growing volume. Income becomes more predictable.
Stage 4 — Build a Sustainable Business
Systems, relationships, and habits compound into a fully sustainable business that generates predictable income — with or without a single lucky referral.
Important
Who This Is Not For
OnePlace is a selective program. It is designed for a specific type of professional — and being honest about that is part of what makes it valuable. If you are looking for a passive place to hold your license with no expectations, this is not that program. The following are clear signs that OnePlace may not — or may — be the right fit.
This Program Is NOT for Agents / LOs Who:
  • Do not want to be held accountable for their daily activity
  • Are unwilling to participate in required weekly team activities
  • Do not want to maintain consistent daily conversations
  • Prefer to ignore instructions and avoid proven systems
  • Are uncomfortable operating in a collaborative, on-camera environment
  • Are not ready to take consistent, disciplined action every week
  • Have a bad attitude
This Program IS for Agents / LOs Who:
  • Are ready to show up every day with intention, energy and a positive attitude
  • Want a structured environment that drives consistency and results
  • Are willing to follow systems that have been proven to work
  • Value community, collaboration, and shared accountability
  • Are building toward a predictable, sustainable business
  • Want to grow faster than they could alone
This environment is designed for professionals who are willing to take action, follow systems, and build their business with consistency — day after day.

This is not a high-pressure sales call. It is a straightforward conversation to determine whether OnePlace is the right environment for where you are and where you want to go. We are selective about who we bring into the program, and we want to make sure it is a strong fit for both sides.
"The right environment accelerates everything. OnePlace is built for professionals who are ready to do the work — and want a team beside them as they do."
If you are growth-minded, accountability-driven, and ready to build something real — we want to hear from you.
