OnePlace is built for real estate agents and mortgage loan originators who want more than a license — a structured, production-focused environment with coaching, collaboration, and a clear path to building a real business.
Our team currently functions in 5 states and areas: Ohio - Greater Columbus, South Carolina - Myrtle Beach / Coastal Region, Indiana - Greater Indianapolis, California - Sonoma / Napa Valley Region, Florida - Greater Orlando. Other states and areas may be added as we continue to grow, so if you are located elsewhere please reach out for availability.

Honest Fit Check
This Is Not for Everyone
OnePlace is intentionally structured — and that is what makes it valuable. This is probably not the right environment if you want:
Not a Fit
A place to hang a license without participating
Leads without accountability
Relying only on team leads; unwilling to network and self-generate
Training without implementation
A team name without team standards
No CRM, attendance, or follow-up expectations
A fully independent, do-whatever-you-want model
What We Are Building
At OnePlace, we are a professional, collaborative, accountable production environment.
The structure is the value. Partners who embrace it grow. Those who resist it struggle to fit in.
If you want a passive resource library with no expectations, OnePlace is not the right home.
The Core Promise
We Help You Build the Business Behind the License
Most agents and LOs are told to "go get business" without enough structure to do it consistently. OnePlace is different. We focus on the fundamentals that create production.
Daily Conversations
Consistent prospecting and follow-up discipline that builds real pipeline.
CRM + Pipeline Management
Systems that keep opportunities organized and moving forward.
Client Service Standards
Lead conversion, buyer consultation, listing generation, and mortgage collaboration.
Business Planning
Accountability, local relationship building, and a clear path to sustainable income.
You still have to do the work. But you do not have to build the system alone.
What Makes Us Different
Collaboration Between Agents + Loan Originators
OnePlace is a coordinated ecosystem where agents and loan originators communicate, collaborate, and support the client experience together. Clients do not experience real estate and financing as two separate worlds — they experience one move, one purchase, one financial transition. OnePlace is built around that reality.
Better Communication
Agents and LOs aligned on every transaction.
Stronger Buyer Prep
Faster problem-solving and more informed clients.
More Referral Opportunities
A connected ecosystem that generates business both ways.
Better Client Experience
One team, one standard, one seamless process.
Operating Standard
Structure Creates Freedom
OnePlace operates with standards because standards protect the team, the client experience, and the opportunity.
Partners Are Expected To:
Complete onboarding and use required systems
Follow team workflows and use the CRM
Respond quickly to leads and clients
Attend required meetings and trainings in order to keep lead flow on
Follow compliance and communication standards
Participate in the culture and protect the OnePlace brand
The Goal
The goal is not control.
The goal is consistency, professionalism, and predictable growth.
Standards protect every partner who is doing the work — and protect the clients they serve.
Lead Access
Leads Are Available. Access Is Earned.
OnePlace provides access to company-generated opportunities — but leads are not distributed casually or automatically. Access is based on participation, responsiveness, CRM usage, follow-up discipline, and adherence to OnePlace systems.
Participate Actively
Engage with the OnePlace system, attend required activities, and follow team workflows.
Respond Promptly
Respond to new opportunities quickly and follow the required follow-up process.
Log Activity in CRM
Maintain professional communication standards and document your pipeline consistently.
We do not just want to give you fish. We want to teach you how to fish, build the pond, and feed your family long-term. At least 75% attendance in all OnePlace activities is required in order to keep access to leadflow.
Performance Standard
The Metric That Matters Most: Conversations
Production starts with conversations — not intentions, not busywork, not scrolling. A conversation means a meaningful interaction with a potential client, past client, referral source, or relationship that could create business.
20
Per Day
Full-time partner standard for daily conversations.
100
Per Week
Full-time partner weekly conversation target.
35
Part-Time Weekly
For partners working 20+ hours per week in another job or business.
These numbers may increase as production increases. If you are not talking to people, you are not building a business.
Follow-Up System
The Rule of 3
Most opportunities are not lost because people are not interested. They are lost because follow-up breaks down.
A Structured Framework
OnePlace uses the Rule of 3 — a structured follow-up system that helps partners stay consistent, intentional, and persistent without guessing what to do next.
What It Provides
A clear framework for when to follow up
Guidance on how to communicate at each stage
A system to keep opportunities moving over time
Scripts, CRM guidance, and follow-up expectations provided during onboarding
The Rule of 3 is a proprietary OnePlace follow-up framework. Details are covered during onboarding and training.
Weekly Rhythm

What the First 90 Days Look Like

The first 90 days are not about perfection. They are about commitment, consistency, and momentum.
Real Estate Compensation
Real Estate Agent Compensation Structure
The OnePlace real estate compensation model rewards increasing production. Transaction count is based on a rolling 12-month cycle. The split is calculated after the applicable AXEN fee. The split is written as Agent % / Team %.
Agents may choose between applicable AXEN plan options available to them. This structure applies to real estate agent compensation for the team.
Mortgage Compensation
Mortgage Loan Originator Compensation Structure
The OnePlace mortgage compensation model rewards increasing production. Closing count is based on a rolling 12-month cycle. The basis points shown are the amount paid to OnePlace. The loan originator keeps compensation above that amount, subject to NEXA's applicable structure.
Mortgage compensation is subject to NEXA Lending structure, applicable state requirements, licensing rules, compliance, and current written compensation policies.
Dual-Licensed
Dual-Licensed REALTOR® + Loan Originator Path
OnePlace is especially powerful for professionals who are both a REALTOR® and a licensed loan originator.
Dual-licensed partners can build both real estate and mortgage production inside one coordinated OnePlace structure, operating through AXEN Realty for real estate and NEXA Lending for mortgage.
How Production Counts
For dual-licensed partners, real estate transactions and mortgage closings count together for split-tier purposes. This allows partners to accelerate their progress through OnePlace production tiers by combining their efforts, subject to applicable policies and regulations.
Example
If a dual-licensed partner closes real estate transactions and mortgage loans during the same rolling 12-month period, these combined closings determine the partner’s applicable OnePlace tier, maximizing their earning potential.
Why This Matters
Holistic Client Service
Serve clients comprehensively across their real estate and financing needs.
Multiple Income Paths
Diversify earnings through both real estate commissions and mortgage originations.
Deeper Relationships
Build stronger trust and loyalty by supporting clients on both sides of a transaction.
Dual Transaction Insight
Gain a deeper understanding of the entire homeownership process.
Strategic Partner Support
Strategically assist buyers, sellers, borrowers, and referral partners.
Accelerated Growth
Leverage combined production for faster advancement within the OnePlace model.
Dual-licensed professionals must operate both licenses within the approved OnePlace structure unless a written exception is provided. Real estate activity is conducted through AXEN Realty; mortgage activity through NEXA Lending or an applicable NEXA-affiliated entity.
BDM
Business Development Marketer Path
Not everyone who wants to participate in mortgage growth needs to become a licensed loan originator. The NEXA Business Development Marketer (BDM) path offers an alternative for individuals focused on generating mortgage business through marketing, relationships, and community engagement. OnePlace is actively seeking BDMs to connect with Sara Marie Brenner at NEXA.
BDMs are compensated based on the loan amount — usually starting at 0.25% of the loan amount. For example, on a $300,000 loan the BDM would earn approximately $750 just for referring the loan to Sara Marie Brenner / OnePlace. As more loans are referred, that amount increases.
What a BDM Does
A BDM helps create mortgage opportunities by building awareness, making connections, and introducing potential borrowers or referral partners to the licensed loan originator. This involves activities such as:
Networking and relationship building
Social media marketing and event promotion
Community outreach and database communication
Referral partner introductions
Connecting potential borrowers with Sara’s mortgage team
Helping create more mortgage conversations
What a BDM Does Not Do
Unless separately licensed and properly authorized, a BDM may not perform licensed mortgage origination activity. This means a BDM should not quote rates, issue pre-approvals, take loan applications, advise on loan products, negotiate loan terms, or perform any activity requiring an active mortgage license.
How This Fits Inside OnePlace
As BDM-generated loan opportunities grow, Sara may bring in licensed loan originators on the OnePlace mortgage team to help serve those borrowers, support the pipeline, and expand the mortgage side of the platform. This creates a growth path for:
Relationship-Driven Individuals
Leverage your network and social skills to drive business.
REALTORS®
A compliant way to support mortgage marketing where permitted.
Community Connectors
Build bridges within local communities and professional groups.
Influencers & Creators
Monetize your audience by fostering mortgage opportunities.
Business Developers
Specialize in identifying and nurturing new client relationships.
Future Loan Originators
Gain experience in the mortgage industry without immediate licensing.
Why It Matters
The BDM path allows the right person to participate in mortgage business development without performing licensed activities. It creates a compliant lane for marketing, relationship-building, and opportunity generation while keeping licensed mortgage activity with properly licensed professionals.
BDM participation is subject to NEXA Lending requirements, compliance approval, applicable law, permissible marketing rules, documentation, and current written policies. Compensation, eligibility, and role requirements are governed by NEXA’s current BDM program terms and any applicable written agreements.

What It Rewards

The Belief Behind OnePlace
Agents and loan originators need more than hype. They need structure, standards, support, accountability, and a business model that helps them grow.
Having everything under one roof — real estate and mortgages — is better for the consumer.
OnePlace is built for professionals who want to be challenged, supported, coached, and expected to perform.
Before You Join
Expectations Before Joining
Please do not onboard with AXEN Realty or NEXA Lending before speaking with Sara Marie Brenner or the OnePlace team. Onboarding steps matter — compensation alignment, team placement, systems access, licensing, and sponsorship structure must be handled correctly.
01
Attend a Growth Call
Attend a OnePlace Growth Call for REALTORS® and LOs.
02
Schedule a Career Conversation
Discuss licensing status, intended state(s), and expectations.
03
Review Compensation + Standards
Understand the weekly rhythm, lead eligibility, and compensation structure.
04
Complete Onboarding
Sign the applicable OnePlace agreement and follow AXEN and/or NEXA onboarding instructions.
Do not guess your way through onboarding. Ask first.
OnePlace may allow limited pre-licensure participation depending on the situation. Anyone performing licensed activity must be properly licensed and affiliated through the approved structure.
Do agents have to be with AXEN Realty? Do LOs have to be with NEXA Lending?
Yes to both. Dual-licensed professionals are expected to operate both licenses inside the OnePlace structure.
Are leads guaranteed?
Lead opportunities may be available, but access is earned through participation, responsiveness, CRM usage, follow-up, and adherence to team standards.
Do I have to attend everything live?
Partners are expected to attend at least 75% of required live meetings, trainings, huddles, and labs. Recordings are available (except morning huddles) but are not a replacement for live participation.
Is compensation negotiable?
The published structure applies unless a written agreement states otherwise. Black Diamond level compensation may be negotiable based on production, structure, compliance, and leadership approval.
